Ašská pomazánka

Ash spread

Nastrouhej křen najemno a jablko nahrubo, promíchej s máslem, možná kapkou mléka ke zvláčnění, dosol a doslaď dle chuti (opravdu sladkoslaná). Vhodné ke sladkému i slanému pečivu a jednohubkám pro fajnšmekry.

Jestli jsi odvážný, dej tam česnek místo křenu :o) To je potom paťácká varianta.

Shred some horseradish (fine) and apple (rough), mix with butter, eventually a drop of milk for smoothnes, add salt and sugar to your taste (yep sweet&salty). Goes well with both sweet and salty pastry or gulps for sweet-tooths.

If you're adventurous, use garlick instead of horseradish :o) That's the Pata flavour.
